Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Customer Support and Service Representatives to join our team. As a representative at TMTNSBRO, you will be the frontline of our client interactions, providing exceptional support and assistance to address their needs and concerns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely, accurate, and courteous assistance.
  • Actively listen to clients’ concerns and needs, offering appropriate solutions and guidance.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of TMTNSBRO’s services, products, and offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Document client interactions and information accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance the client experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to better assist clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with client inquiries and concerns.
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or related tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
