Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and facilitate the hiring decision-making process.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting exit interviews.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR programs, initiatives, and training.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and a culture of growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR and talent acquisition roles, preferably in a technology or creative industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in HR software and systems for recruitment and record-keeping.
